3. User Accounts and Credits

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits purchased or provided through subscriptions are subject to the following rules:

• Credits are non-refundable.
• Subscription credits follow a "use it or lose it" policy and reset at the end of each billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify credit costs for different processing tasks.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant Solune AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. We do not use your images for training our base models without explicit consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or to process content that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to:

• Uploading non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the AI models.
• Using automated systems to scrape or abuse the API.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solune AI provides the Service "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
